Ročné hlásenie o udržiavaní bezpečnosti a integrity sietí a služieb – rok 2012
Povinnosť nahlásiť významný bezpečnostný incident pri poskytovaní služieb a sietí mali podniky od vydania a platnosti opatrenia od 1. Júla 2012. V priebehu roku 2012 telekomunikačné spoločnosti nehlásili žiadne významné bezpečnostné incidenty na Telekomunikačný úrad Slovenskej republiky o narušení bezpečnosti a integrity sietí a služieb. V lete tohto roku pripravujeme novelizáciu opatrenia, ktorá by sa mala týkať najmä redukcie sledovaných služieb, ktoré podniky poskytujú koncovým užívateľom a úpravy parametru, ktorý charakterizuje veľkosť postihnutého územia v prípade významného bezpečnostného incidentu. Tejto novelizácii bude samozrejme predchádzať kolo konzultácií s podnikmi na danú tému.

From the 1st of July 2012 the Telco’s have the obligation to report significant security incidents in the provision of services and networks. The Telco’s did not report any significant security incidents to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic for a breach of security and integrity of networks and services during year 2012. In the summer of this year (2013), we are seeking to amend the measure which should relate in particular to reduce the monitored services provided by Telco’s to end-user and adjustment parameter that characterizes the size of the affected area in the event of a significant security incident. This amendment will obviously prevent round of consultation with businesses on the topic.
